1-2/3 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup butter 2 eggs 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 2 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream 1-1/2 cup mashed bananas (3 bananas) 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven 350*F. Mix flour, soda, and salt. Set aside. In a blender, combine remaining ingredients. Combine flour and liquid mixtures and pour into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. Makes 2 small loaves.
