Making homemade peanut butter is easy, as long as you have a good blender or food processor.




Ingredients
2 cups unsalted, roasted shelled peanuts

1 tablespoon peanut oil

1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)



Directions

1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until desired texture is reached.

2. Place in airtight container and refrigerate unused portion.

Makes 8 (2 tablespoon) servings.
