Rice and Barley Pilaf

A great side dish to many beef or chicken recipes.
4 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup wild rice 1 cup brown rice 1/2 cup barley, pearled 1 oz (scant handful) shredded Mozzerella cheese 1 oz Parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste
Bring broth to a boil, add all grains and stir well, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until grains are done to your liking adding more broth as needed. When thick and creamy, and grains are done to your liking, add cheeses, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
