orzo and veggies
3 cups orzo pasta 1 cup zucchini, sliced 1 medium tomato 2 large celery stalks 1 cup carrots, strips or slices 1/2 cup frozen peas 5 mushrooms, medium 12 tbsp light mayonnaise 6 tbsp fat free Italian salad dressing
Cook orzo according to package directions. Chop or dice all vegetables. Add in Italian dressing to taste and mayo* to taste.
* depending on how much you add or omit it will affect the caloire count
