A terrific side dish to any Mexican meal or a fabulous dip for your tortilla chips (baked, of course!)
The pomegranate seeds really add a certain something special. Plus it will get everyone talking and raving about your guacamole for months!
1 avocado 1 lime 1/4 cup onion, chopped 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped 2 tbsp lite sour cream Jalapeno (optional) 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (optional - not included in nutritional info)
Combine seeded avocado, tomatoes and onions and mix all together while mashing the avocado. Add the jalapeno, sour cream and the juice of one lime.
