A terrific side dish to any Mexican meal or a fabulous dip for your tortilla chips (baked, of course!)

The pomegranate seeds really add a certain something special. Plus it will get everyone talking and raving about your guacamole for months!


Ingredients
1 avocado
1 lime
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp lite sour cream
Jalapeno (optional)
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds (optional - not included in nutritional info)


Directions

Combine seeded avocado, tomatoes and onions and mix all together while mashing the avocado.
Add the jalapeno, sour cream and the juice of one lime.
