Simple & easy


Ingredients
12 oz canned in water tuna, drained
1/2 Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup bell pepper
2 egg whites

your favorite seasoning

Directions

Saute vegetables & add to bowl with other ingredients.
Make into patties.
Brown in frying pan a couple of minutes on each side.
Serve with salsa.
