Lay foil out, spray with cooking spray. Place halibut in middle of foil, sprinkle with multiple spice seasoning. Wrap two side ends together and fold down, wrap the other sides together and fold down. Place on medium heat on grill. Grill approximately 8 minutes, or until halibut turns white and easily flakes.
