3/4 cup natural peanut butter
1-1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup dairy-free buttery spread
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 package chocolate chips (6 oz)

Mix the peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until semi-dry and crumbly. Shape into 1/2 balls.
Melt the chocolate (in microwave: melt for 30 seconds, stir, heat another 30 and stir (1 minute total)).
Dip the balls into the melted chocolate, leaving the top of the balls uncovered (for the buckeye look).
Place balls on wax paper lined pan(s) and refrigerate until set.
