This is a great recipe if you are out of eggs or milk!


Ingredients
3 mashed bananas
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Cinnamon or Nutmeg to sprinkle on top (if desired mixed with brown sugar or margarine)

Directions

Mix mashed bananas, sugar and oil.
Add in dry ingredients.
Bake at 360*F 15-18 minutes.
