Game meat chili.
2 lb moose meat (small cubes) 900 g dry chili beans 900 g dry kidney beans 2 cans diced tomatoes 4 tbsp chili powder 4 tbsp Garlic powder 2 lg onion (chopped) 10 cups of water
Brown moose meat and rinse grease after cooking (this is a very lean meat so fat should be minimal). Combine all ingredients into a large stock pot and simmer for 4 hours on minimum stirring occasionally to avoid sticking. Each serving is approx. 2 cups.
