A wonderful, moist side for any poultry dish.
1 pkg pure pork sausage 8 stalks celery 1 medium onion 1 medium apple 10 slices mixed-grain bread, toasted salt and pepper to taste 2 tsp. sage
Brown sausage in a frying pan, drain and set aside. In a large bowl, mix together bread crumbs, celery, onion and apple, add drained sausage. Add salt and pepper to taste, and sage. Mix well, stuff into turkey.
