8 oz top sirloin beef 3 cloves garlic 2 tsp soy sauce 1/2 of a leek Dash of salt and pepper
Slice beef and combine with garlic, soy sauce, and pepper and marinate at room teperature for 20 minutes. Slice leeks and set aside. In a skillet, heat oil over high heat and begin to brown the beef. Add leeks and salt and stir until leeks are wilted and meat cooked.
This goes very well with sesame oil and hoisin sauce.
