Ingredients
2 bone-in pork chops (fat removed)
1 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 clove garlic
1 tsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp honey smoked BBQ sauce
2 cups water

Directions

Add all ingredients to slow cooker and mix well.
Add pork chops and cook for 6 hrs.
