Cut your squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place face down on a baking sheet and bake at 400* for 40-50 minutes or until done. Once cooked, remove from oven and use the tines of a fork to remove the squash from the skin and place in a bowl. Heat sauce in the microwave until hot and pour over squash. Top with pepperoni and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
