This is a great ground turkey recipe that is easy to make and healthy to eat.
8 oz. ground turkey 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced 1 tbsp of Greek seasoning (may use salt-free)
Brown turkey and onions. Add pepper, potatoes and spice. Cook over a low heat until potatoes are fully cooked.
