This quote was very eye opening for me, You are right about goals, My first goal is loosing weight, and after that I will work on my next goal..I will be retiring soon and will need to change my way of life. I know things will be different , but in a good way. More freedom to do what I always wanted to do. I have already started working on new goals in my life, and I intend on using them.
