I've always been picky about yogurt but since I do like it thick have been trying different greek yogurts to find something I like. So far Chobani lemon flavor is the one, but I still have to mix it with berries to eat it, yummy. I don't like the fake tasting sweet of the ones I used to eat, so am making progress. To cook with plain yogurt I'm not picky at all and use for dips, sauces, sub for sour cream, etc. I mix it with water a lot of time to sub for milk. Also feed it to the dogs sometimes if it's about to expire.
I, too, am a Greek yogurt fan -- Chobani, in particular.
Over 95 weeks of weight loss on program, I have consumed an average of one Chobani (6 oz) every day.
Favorites are: Pineapple 2%, Peach 0%, Pomegranate, Plain, and Strawberry Banana. Sometimes I have the plain with orange marmalade (regular, low sugar, or no sugar). What kind I have depends on how many calories are left in my budget. It is generally the last thing I eat each day.
BTW, if Chobani keeps raising the prices, I will ditch the Greek yogurt, entirely.
I love Greek yogurt and eat it everyday!!! Also make a dip out of the plain and add alittle bit of powdered ranch dip to eat with veggies or baked chips. Yum!
Love it for the protein. I don't seem to get enough protein in for the day. Use it to make smoothies to get my fruit in each day also.

I make homemade Greek yogurt using my crockpot and a pasta drainer in my big kettle......so yummy.....can't go back to the store bought yogurt as the texture is amazing!
I must be strange or missing something. I haven't tried flavored Greek Yogurt only the plain. I can eat it if I add something sweet to it but it is still too tart to my liking. To me I may as well be eating sour cream. I do buy it and I do try to like it; I have found I can use it as a substitute for mayo and sour cream and my unsuspecting hubby doesn't realize he's not eating the fat stuff. I do like it for that.
Chronic pain can make it difficult to get a good night's sleep but restful sleep helps with pain management. Here's how to break the vicious cycle of pain and sleep.
