When it really comes down to it, exercising doesn't take up that much of your day. If you can't do 30 or 60 minutes at a time, break it up into smaller exercise sessions. It all counts!

I faithfully worked out from September 2013- March 2014, I ate better and exercised for at least 30 - 60 minutes 4-5 times a week, I lost 50 lbs. In March I stopping working out regularly but I ate better most of the time since them I have gained back 5-10 lbs. Now I am 2 pounds heavier than I was in March, I promised myself I would never see 300+again. I started working out again regularly again in September each month I get better. Working out & eat right is worth it. This past weekend I wore an outfit I purchased 3 years ago that I swore I would lose the wait to wear it I finally did. I purchased shoes (no longer need wide width shoes) and pants (from 26-28 to size 22) the past weekend I was actually smiling while shopping it has been years since I smiled and shopped at the same time. Take it slow walk around the block, walk up and down your steps for 5 minutes. Just start you will get better. Right now, 30 minutes is the most I can do but I will be back at 60 minutes of cardio and I am going to add strength training by the end of this year. Good Luck everyone.

If I want an excuse, to not exercise, I can find one. No doubt....I have heard them all.
Everyone can do some kind of exercise, unless they are in a coma, ask your Dr.
I see the gym as an appointment, no excuses, just do it..... if I walk in the door and still don't to be there, I give myself permission to leave. It has happened only once, in over 16 years.
I view my diet much the same way. Unfortunately, I give myself permission to eat more than I should! Doh!

sometimes I have to it 3 different times to get 30/or 40 min,you do the best you can,just don`t do nothing!!!!!

I'm having so much trouble makeing myself exercise now. In the a couple of years ago I was going to the gym 5 days a week. What happened to me? I'm going to print this picture and put in in my motivation visual!

I THINK THIS IS VERY GOOD ADVICE, AND WOW I DID NOT REALIZE THERE WAS SO MANY MINUTES IN 24 HOURS. I BET I COULD SPARE ALOT MORE THAN 30. LAST SUMMER I WAS WALKING THE DOG FOR 30 , AND THEN LATER TAKING A WALK WITH MY DAUGHTER (ON MY DAYS OFF). AND I THINK ANY KIND OF MOVEMENT THAT CAN BE DONE EVEN 5 MINUTES HERE AND THERE COUNTS. ALL WE CAN DO IS OUR BEST. I AM ACTUALLY NOT SUPPOSE TO DO ANY EXTENSIVE EXERCISE MYSELF.

This sounds good, however, putting it in perspective for me means that I have only 240 minutes for personal use. Sleeping and working takes 1080 minutes daily. Then I have another 120 preping meals and keeping house. At 240 minutes of personal time, 12% of my free time. When you only have 4 hours to work with, 30 minutes seems like a long time.

This is so true! But why is it so easy to talk yourself out of doing what you need to do to stay healthy??? Maybe if I see at this poster everyday, I will get my guilt to help motivate me to exercise.
