I've actually gotten to where I enjoy working out. It's not so much the actual workout itself, I mean who wants to be all jiggly and gross, but how I feel afterwards. Even though I'm covered in sweat, I feel cleaner.
I totally agree with this quote. Ninety percent of the time I look forward for my workouts and always looking to do something different to keep it interesting.
