Just ten minutes of exercise planned each day--- when I get home from work! Instead of going to the frig for a snack, I'll put on my walking shoes and go around the block. Gotta make this a habit. (I remember Milton Berle) His nickname was Uncle Milton!
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
