Sometimes it is hard to be courageous. Try to think of the last time when you had trouble remaining courageous. Maybe you’ve recently lost your job and you find yourself scared about where the money is going to come from or a close friend/ family member has recently passed away and you find yourself scared about the future without them? When situations get hard and you find yourself full of fear, remember that courage is strengthened by use. You must constantly be developing this ability to remain calm and courageous. If you continue to work on this skill, you will find that difficult situations will be easier to handle. They might not be any less painful, but you will be more able to overcome the hurdles with courage.
