Better yet grow your own and harvest your own
If you cannot do that frequent the farmers markets in your area for great fresh food
We even have a winter market in MN
One day at a time

I try my best to eat *real* food. I still eat processed food sometimes but my husband refuses to take it completely out of our diet. He refuses to take out pasta as a main source of food. Sigh I tried to convince him to cut back to only once a week but we still eat it like 3 times a week. At least he it whole wheat, and we are using veggies in it. Granted I am trying to gain weight so pasta isn't so dangerous to me as others. Other then that my other two meals a day I kind of avoid it and I am feeling pretty good! I have a lot of energy, my mood has changed and I sleep good.

I love real food and haven't eaten "fake" food for several months. This quote encourages me...wish I could put it in my kitchen...where are the kids when you need them?

agree, we need to keep this in mind, people were much healthier when we reached for fresh fruit and veggies.
