I walk for exercise, but it is so good for my soul, time to get out by myself, see what nature there is around my little neighborhood, and just let the days stress go uop in the air like a balloon, makes it easy to get my 10,000 steps, and a break from the house

I also love to walk ..sometimes just quiet time to enjoy nature and the neighborhood and sometimes I hook on my little wireless radio and listen to news ans music..I always bring my 52 pound standard poodle..I use to bring my 120 lb German shepherd but she is old and not well so after I take Henry I take Barbara around the yard..nice to meet all of you

I love walking because it makes me feel good, and it reduces my stress level and I meet so many other people out walking, and I get to pet animals and I'm usually out for an hour

I too love to walk but have serious lower back issues that prevents me from long walks.I used to jog a lot but had to give that up as it was starting to get painful.Now I walk late in the eve.just a short distance but I still manage to do that and every night also.I walk after working out on my elliptical walking helps me relax.

Walking the dogs is my favorite form of exercise. I get outside every day and get some fresh air.Today it will be tough to spend any time outside. It got cold after the ice storm. This morning the temperature is -24c with a wind chill of -36c ARRRRRGH! Too fresh.

I do walking in a pleasant, peaceful and beautiful environment, where I can walk one way and then have to return to pick up my car! That way I am sure I will do whatever miles I need to without quitting before completing them!

Walking is the best overall for me. I enjoy it, I am able to be consistent and the benefits are multitudinous! I now have Exerstrider poles and enjoy walking more than ever! This is one of the best investments in my health I've made. And add the Spark Tracker and now I am super motivated!

Walking was a great place to start a new exercise program. I have enjoyed it and it has helped me to see results. Now I am even looking out for some new shoes to use. The pedometer is a great tool to keep me pushing for more steps and I have heard that listening to music and really add to the journey....so those are on my goal sheet for rewards.

I never thought I would like walking. I have found it is the best thing not only for my body but also for my mind. I gets all the "happy" started in me and I just keep going all day!

I walk 4 miles a day, just started 2 months ago.... now when I miss a day I feel all out of sorts. I love it!!
