it's a lifetime path to go, but once I reach my short and medium term goals I want to be able to say " I DID IT"..... when I reach my healthy weight; I will Shout "I DID IT"... when I become an inspiration for others I will mentor "I DID IT" ... even if its a small 20 or 30 minute workout; I will say " I DID IT" .... celebrate each goal, as they once seemed impossible!
