Working out can be difficult, but don't get discouraged when you struggle. If you are consistent with your workouts, the things that seem hard for you now will soon become easier. Whatever you do, just don't throw in that towel--keep it by your side to wipe your sweat!

@drb13_1...I may have to take your comment and put it on a 3.5 cards to tape to the equipment at the gym. Sweat is fat crying...and melting away...LOVE IT!!!
