Turning negative thinking into positive is a major achievement. It makes getting to where I'm going, an easier journey. While I still have a distance to travel, I've already come so far!!
This is so true, i use to get so overwhelmed by how much weight I have to lose,but recently rather than say i still have a long way to go before i reach my target i have been saying another 1lb and i will have lost one stone, and i have not even thought about how many more i have to lose. it wasn't until i read the quote above that i reallized that i had changed the way i think about my journey and that seems to have helped. I now set targets of 7lbs to lose, it is a far easy goal to reach and so far i have kept on target :)
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
