So the question remains...do I get off my butt and get active and feel great or do I sit and binge while watching tv and feel like crap? Hmm the choice seems pretty obvious and yet I still have to ask myself the same question everyday.
I started walking yesterday - just 3 laps around my local track, but it was a start. Planning on another 3 tonight. Walking with my best friend makes it much more pleasurable, Hope she and I can continue on this journey. It will be fun to track the time, steps and eventually miles.
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
