As soon as New Years Day hits you say, "That's it, no more fast-food!" But then you are late coming home from work, you've got to run to the store before it closes, and it's just so easy to slide in and out of the drive thru to satisfy your hunger. And how many times have you said "I'm going to start working out two times per week, starting on Monday" but you just never quite get it started? It's amazing how easy it is to just let what you really want to get done slip by if you don't write down and track individual goals. Many times at work when there's something for sure you want to get done, you slap a Post-it up on your desk. And that's a constant reminder to complete the task. It's the same with eating healthily, exercising, working on a scrapbook, shopping for a new car, or just about anything that you just keep putting off. Writing goals down is definitely an important key to achieving what you have set out to do.
