Sometimes we donít want to try something new because weíre not sure how well we can do it. Does that matter? If you want to try something new, do it for yourself (and maybe for those close to you). You donít need to play at Carnegie Hall if you take up and instrument or play in the World Cup if you want to start playing soccer. Think of the benefits to you, whether it be better health or less stress, or just plain having fun!
