Healthy Inspiration from SparkPeople

Motivational Quote - Life consists not in holding good cards but in playing those you hold well.

What good is an athletic body if you do not stay active? Or a great vision for starting a new business and then sitting on it? Any point in discovering a community service project nearby that interests you, and then not participating? Perhaps the only thing worse than no opportunity for success is watching a golden opportunity float away. The actual setup for success can only take you so far; at some point action must be taken for achievement to happen. Whenever you pass on something, an opportunity to learn and grow is lost. It’s important to realize where and when these opportunities are and capitalize. If your boss asks for assistance on a project, jump at the offer. Volunteer to help out a neighbor or someone in your community. Maybe you just realized running in the morning relaxes you for the rest of the day; so make sure to wake up early and get that jog in. A great hand, when played well, can lead to riches, not only in poker but life as well.

Go after what you want in life. If you just day dream about what you want out of life but don't take action, you will get nowhere.
