This is why I don't eat candy. I do like After Eight mints. 40 cal. They are worth every calorie and when a craving comes on they don't hurt all my hard work.

I got most of the answers wrong, so it is a good thing I only eat small amounts of very dark chocolate. But this test made me crave a few of the candies listed, which I hadn't counted on. SIGH.

3 out of 9 - this would upset me because I like to e right. But this is a good sign, as a diabetic - I do not eat a lot of candy - only need to know how many grams of sugar in the hard candy for low sugar readings.

I didn't care for this quiz either, SctF75. We need to know the important, useful foods, not the couple of ozs or whatever of stuff we won't (or shouldn't) be eating. I know it was 'fun' to put this together to educate us. But ...

I didn't care for this quiz... it's more than just calories in food- and by thinking you are doing 'better' by having one mini candy bar vs. another is silly. If you really can't resist, just have one, but if you can resist, have the banana!!!! These little bars are chock full of fakey flavors and ingredients, simple sugars, corn syrups, cheap chocolates, sugars, and nuts...
