  • no need to buy humus make your own- canned chickpeas rinsed, salt garlic, lemon juice and what every roasted veggies you want- puree with a little water till smooth- yummy! - 9/1/2010 11:31:22 PM

  • Clink on the link in red, it will pull it into ur browser as a PDF file. Click print on your bar and wait for the printer :) Otherwise, save it and pull it up on your computer using ADOBE reader or the full program. You can zoom in on there :) Hope it helps
