My mantra for the month of March hinges on one of the suggestions this calendar gives us: asparagus, asparagus, asparagus!!! Try it roasted in a wee bit of olive oil - c'est magnifique! - 3/1/2011 12:17:49 PM

Just love the comment about eating whole grains. NOT!!! I'm gluten intolerant and cannot eat the most common whole grains without getting very sick. If spark people would recognize this and at least mention a tip for the gluten intolerant along with the whole grain for those who can eat them, spark people might be a valuable tool. But I don't find it so now. - 3/1/2011 11:12:32 AM
  • March 26th has an error. It says to "swap whole for white" - that means choose white over wheat. Should be the other way around. - 3/1/2011 10:55:00 AM
  • I LOVE these calendars!!! - 2/28/2011 10:53:20 AM
  • This is perfect timing for me. I had just decided that today is the day I will start writing down and working on my nutrition. - 2/28/2011 9:50:25 AM

Fort those wanting to use this as a desktop background, simply choose File-Save As and then select any number of "picture formats" .jpg, .tiff, .ping. Then, you will be able to use the file as a desktop background.

Along those same lines and sorry to be nitpicky but it's somewhat of a pet peeve, you do not NEED Adobe to open this document, you simply need any of a number of PDF readers, Adobe may be the most popular but others work just as well. - 2/28/2011 9:25:50 AM
  • I too loved this for March, now I'm searching everywhere for April's, where is it? - 4/5/2010 3:47:58 PM
  • I never knew there was a calendar feature! I immediately printed this off for myself and a coworker! - 3/5/2010 9:07:56 AM

  • I agree I think it would be amazing if I could have it as a desktop background! - 3/1/2010 8:00:15 PM
  • I'd like to have the option to download this calendar in a format that would allow me to use it as my Desktop background...

  • The way this is formatted erased a couple of the first lines. Like day 16.... doesn't tell you how many services off grains are recommended. Also, day 18 and day 28 are incomplete. - 3/4/2009 2:12:45 PM

My favorite is the 80/20 rule. Moderation is the key. - 3/4/2009 9:45:52 AM
  • I'd love to be able to buy these calendars as a yearly planner or desk or wall calendar . - 3/2/2009 8:25:45 PM
