Symptoms

The symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection include:

  • Vaginal itch or soreness

  • Thick, white, cheese-like discharge

  • "Burning" discomfort around the vaginal opening, especially if urine touches the area

  • Pain or discomfort during sexual intercourse.
