Urinary IncontinencePreventionUrinary incontinence is not usually prevented. Rather, the problem is treated once it begins. Urinary incontinence is more common in women who have had a hysterectomy. Obese women are more likely to develop urinary incontinence. So are women who don't exercise regularly.
