  • Though its much healthier to drop the pounds,,, unless ur also working on what caused you/us to become this way,,, it's soo easy to regain. We need to get a hold on the emotional eating. Without doing that,,, it can and I've seen it OFTEN come back on. It makes me so sad in that we've had some on the team ( who meet their goal,,, drop off a little bit later,, than rejoin us.,,, and yes,,, they've gain some,, perhaps ALL and a few even with Extra weight. I ALSO am one who was doing "FANTASTIC" but, I was NOT addressing the negative emotions,,, so yes I DID Gain quite a bit back ! Now I am working very hard to be HONEST with myself and others This time it's coming back,, at a healthier me. It HOPEFULLY (clearly my goal) For it to STAY OFF because this is now my lifestyle. Its NOT a fast,, quick its over,, I did it and than slip back into the "old minded me." YEAH WE CAN DO THIS, but PLEASE take ur time,,,, get to know ur triggers,,, work on them. - 3/22/2016 12:19:10 AM
  • It makes me so sad that you believed yourself unattractive and unfit to be a wife and mother. Please remind yourself that this has never been true. You ARE deserving of great things, regardless of your weight. Separately, you are doing wonderful things for yourself. Keep up the great work! - 2/16/2016 10:08:43 AM
  • You have a lovely smile! You are doing great! - 12/12/2015 5:43:22 AM
