Fantastic article. I am always trying to remind myself that if I pushed harder to be more postitive the bad stuff wouldn't seem so bad. Great reminder of that...:)

Oh wow, I have never heard the frog story before. It is a wonderful story. Not sure why but I smiled and got goosebumps. It just struck a cord with me. LOVE IT and plan to share it......
This is what I needed to read. It is exactly what I have been dealing with lately and finally am finding my way out of the slump I have been in for the last few weeks. This is the first time I've read the 'frog churning cream into butter' story. I like it! I think this is one of those motivational stories that will stick in the back of my mind. Thanks for the article!
Good Morning..!! And thanks for the inspiration... :-) I had recently had 3-bad "fell off the wagon" days and was so upset with myself...and the 2 1/2 pound gain!! BUT YES...ONWARD...!!! I lost the 2 1/2 pounds and more....
Just what I needed to read this morning. Thank you so much, Mike. I'll keep kicking and I'll never forget that frog! :-)

Thanks! I truly believe that knowing you're going to mess up helps when you actually do. It doesn't seem as bad as it might have otherwise been had I not expected a bad day once in awhile.

I absolutely loved this article!! Extremely motivational, making me realize that yes, there are going to be tough days & lazy days, but you need to push them. It's ok to take a day off once in a while but overall you need to keep pushing! I will definitely return to this when I need a push. Thank you so much for writing this!

This article came at just the right time for me, thank you. I love the part about being a hammer or a nail, followed by the frog churning the milk. It gives me the motivation to keep on keeping on.
