My balance isn't bad, but has gotten so much better since I started doing BodyBalance (Les Mills). It's a combination of tai chi, yoga and pilates, and sometimes the "balance" track has me sweating more than any of the others! Give it a try if you have a chance.

Try some Yoga poses....You don't need any equipment except for your own body. How about standing on one foot or standing on the toes of one feet.
