  • It does seem like the pendulum is swinging towards the point of view that low carb is better - as in such plans like the KETO or Low Carb High Fat (LCHF). I know I do better with low carb, very low sugar. Easier said then done...
    I have always been told by my doctor to keep my carb intake very you folkks agree?
