I would like to follow this but unfortunately I have osteoarthritis in my knees and when I did the Core Rythmn ball, I excacerbated my arthritis and took months to get so I could walk right again. will do other execises.
I've never used a stability ball until a few weeks ago when my trainer put me through a routine similar to this. It was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done and I was sore for days - so I know it works! It's great not only for strength but for balance as well. Now I can't get enough of it (although some of the exercises are still very difficult). It seems every time I master one exercise, I learn a new one.

Great. I need not go to the gym anymore. I can do these sets of execises at home without anymore excuses. thank you Coach Nicole and the rest of Spark People for sharing to us.
I really like the low impact aspect of this workout. I'm going to try it for some prework on my abs - just can't do the gym abdominal machine yet. It's killing my neck and back because I can't stay in position :( This seems simple and doable.

Wow.... I am going to do this at the gym tomorrow morning....
My problem with the workouts is she typically shows the hardest way to do the workout. Why is she starting with full planks or only the feet on the ball (bridges in 5 minute workout). Many people need to work up to that level. I'm in my fifties and I have physical limitations and some of the exercises I cannot due as she demonstrates. It's frustrating.

New format does not allow me to pull up this video, my computer will not function with adobe reader so it would be nice to have the old viewing option, thanks

Geez, this made me feel like a total weenie. I couldn't do any of it for lack of fitness. I need an easier place to start.
