Excellent workout, similar to circuit training and that is fat burning! I would love to see more of these types of 20 minute dumbell exercises from Spark!
Great video. I've printed out all the exercises so I can follow them at the gym and learn them. Having the beginner ones helps us Baby Boomers to start slow and not hurt anything.
Great demonstration. Excellent startup workout. But please add a printable version to this and similar articles so that it can be taken to the Gym as a workout guide. A simple three picture progression with explanation for each exercise would be great.
