I just re-read this article and noticed that I had already saved it. The last time I was on sp I had thought about doing a weight loss journal/scrapbook. Thanks for offering this article again. The scrapbook and some beginning pages will be my reward for meeting my 21 days binge-free goal (I'm at 17 days binge-free now.). This has renewed my resolve to truly journal my weight-loss journey.
