I just re-read this article and noticed that I had already saved it. The last time I was on sp I had thought about doing a weight loss journal/scrapbook. Thanks for offering this article again. The scrapbook and some beginning pages will be my reward for meeting my 21 days binge-free goal (I'm at 17 days binge-free now.). This has renewed my resolve to truly journal my weight-loss journey. SUUUUUPER idea! I'm thinking of how I used to HATE having my picture taken and what memories my kids have lost of me during the "dark" years. This idea is terrific and I'd like to start one....thanks for sharing yours!
I, too, am an avid scrapbooker. I had thought about trying to make a scrapbook of my weight loss journey, but wasn't sure how to start. Thanks for sharing your GREAT idea! I will get started now. Thanks again!

Great idea I just made a food journal and write in it but yours is so much better. Actually putting pictures and anything you want to see the progress. I think I might have to try that one. Thanks for posting your ideas.
I have read many articles that say one of the best ways to stay on track is to keep a journal. I've tried but it gets to be a pain in the behind to write down everything you eat, etc. I LOVE this idea. You are a genius!!! I went tonight and bought me a cool looking journal! I got a variety of stickers like letters, beach stuff, puppy paws, etc. I'm actually excited about starting, and most importantly be consistent with, my journaling/scrapbook!! Again, you are the bomb! Thank you for the idea and wonderful inspiration!!!

what a great way to do this weight loss I think I will make one too. The only thing is how to get started, I am retired and have lots of time to make a journal. I am going to look around in the scrapebook section and see what I could use.Thanks for the wonderful story AMY

I have been looking for something to help me get started and to keep me motivated. I am taking my first day of a nutrition class tonight and want to make this the "first day for the rest of my life" moment. This is best idea I have ever heard of and I know that this will give me exactly what I need. Thanks so much for the sharing.
Great journal! I currently journal (3-4 times a week) about anything and everything that is going on in my life and have found it to be one of the best things you can do for yourself. It's amazing how you can reduce stress just by writing down the way you feel.
I love the idea of the weight loss scrapbook - not only a great way to document your progess, but having a visual account of where you started can be a wonderful incentive to not go back there. Terrific idea! Thanks!
