What a great idea! I just picked up a pretty hardcover journal last night at the store because I want to keep something close to me that I can jot in as things come up. I never thought to actually scrapbook it! Great idea!
You have inspired me. I have been thinking about creating a "motivation book," but hadn't started. I really like your ideas. I can't read the info on the footprints. Can you describe that photo and the details on the footprints, please?
I have made many, many Creative Memories scrapbooks. Don't know why it never occurred to me to make one for this, my most important journey! Thanks!

Thank you that is a wonderful idea. I think I will start mine today. You have already started helping others. Keep up the good work, and remember YOU ARE WORTH IT.....
Emmy, I'm just as blown over by your diary/journal scrapbook for your health journey as everyone else! It seems that if anyone has done this before that u r the only 1 who shared this concept of celebrating your efforts which puts the "pleasure" principle into effect. Creating this type of memoir leads to a desire to make it real and make it beautiful for posterity.

What a fabulous idea!! I have written journals of my past progress and a small book of pictures, but I've never thought to put the 2 together. Looks like I found an idea for an early Christmas present for myself.
