This is a fairly good chart, but I'm going to do some research and see if i can make my own. As a vegan, a good portion of the chart isn't things I include in my diet. And a lot of the foods on the list, I'm pretty sure I would rank differently.
And as far as apples being 1 star, the article clearly states, "There is nothing wrong with 1-star and 2-star foods, but they generally provide fewer nutrients when compared to the 3-star and 4-star foods."
So thanks for the article SP. Definitely a great thing for most people, and a great idea-generator for me!
