Amber, this is funny!!! Just a few hours ago my hubby had a thin crust pizza. Doesn't tempt me because I told him it was just like pizza toppings on a cracker. Glad to see someone else sees it in the same light. (I have never been a pizza eater anyway.)
I love pizza and have learned to make my own. I still buy frozen or pizza from our local pizzaria, too. It's a perfect meal to me! My favorite frozen pizzas are Wegman's brand italian classics varieties. They are low in sodium and taste fresh to me.
I recently saw how to make my own homemade frozen pizzas and will be doing that in the near future.
LOVE pizza night! My boyfriend makes the dough from scratch, I make the sauce, and we load it up with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, broccoli, and a few slices of smoked mozzarella. Super healthy and SO delicious!
I use flatbread and top it with Canadian Bacon and pineapple, it satifies my need and I add a small amount of sauce and no cheese, my granddaugter shares it with me because she is lactose intiolerant and we have a great time.

If you are short on time and want to throw a pizza in the oven, try one of Kashi's thin crust pizzas. One-third of a pizza has 250 calories, 4g sat fat, 4g fiber, and 14 g protein. Make a nice salad to go with it and you have a terrific tasting light supper.
I use Flat Out flatbread. The light variety is 90 calories, and they are huge! It tastes just like thin crust. You can get them in different flavors too if you want to add some pizzaz. The Italian Herb flatbread is still only 90 calories, and that one's my fave.
Our resort had a Pizza Party this past week and DH and I attended. He ate pizza and I took a big salad for myself. I wasn't raised on pizza and can take it or leave it. If I had my choice it would be white pizza with spinach, but they weren't serving it.
