I struggle with balance...I do make time for ME but I am still pushed to the max, exhausted and behind on things that need to be done. Things fall to the wayside...like right no, there is no food to cook in this house. I try to cut back on things but it seems like it just keeps getting worse. I need like a month off work to catch up!

It's in true spirit with one of my own motivational phrases from the day I decided to change my life; "Most things can wait until tomorrow, but there are some things need to be done today". It's so true that the "tomorrow" may never come for some tasks and we need to remind ourselves what is really important.
I have always put everybody's before mine. I never had time for Carol.I decided it was my time joined sp. I now include myself and my needs also, taking it one day at a time. My health is more important then running one of my g-kids to the mall.
