I have been a spark member for just a short time. I am setting goals, but most of all I need the humor and I am also seeking a good fitness plan.Diabetes is in my life now but I still want to change my lifestyles and resume a fittness program. I am sure that the spark team will have some good advice for me.I am sure there are some team players out there that will share with me. Thank you. Respectfully, a shy spark member.

Hi, I just found this program by chance. I really need to lose atleast 50 pounds. I have not been able to control my eating for a long time. I am so hoping this program will work for me. It is encouraging to see all the good comments. Sprigger17

hi im julia and im very very new to this computor stuff.i make mistakes alot and im still learning bout the sight so i havent got to grips with it all but what ive read so far you all seem a great bunch and very supportive just hope i can get to grips with it all
Hi, I'm a new member and I'm hoping I can achieve my weight loss goal. I really think by joining a group where so many others are working towards a similar goal I'll be able to accomplish this. I'm actually excited about starting my diet. I love the nutriton planner and the way it keeps track of your calories, carbs, fats etc............I'm amazed at how everything little thing you stick in your mouth rack up the calories. I'm a gum chewer and I love dubble bubble. I looked it up and realized I'm going to half to start chewiing sugar free gum "bummer". It's made me more cautious how just 1 mint or 1 piece of gum can make a huge difference when calorie counting. Good Luck to all of you. Have a wonderful day!
