    my problem is I don't eat enough I have a hyanel hernia and it hurts me to swollow, I can't eat as much as I would like to. What can I do if I can't swollow good? I try to eat right, I just can't seem to eat enough, but I discovered the weight is on me due to lack of exersize, and I don't want to give up.     I am not so computer savy, and still find myself muddling through all the links ect. but i think the most important thing is if i had a good day meaning i tracked what i ate all day and put an effort into my activities for the day , i feel good about myself to carry on the next day. If i had a bad day ,, im glad i have spark people to tap into because they are a positive part of my being now.it;s like i have this friend with sensible advise to carry on.Not to mention all the health issues i can keep up with and theres always something new to learn. i like all the recipes too. thanks spark people.carol - 6/3/2009 10:25:02 PM
