I too am grateful for the list -I am rarely still, often exhausted adn didn't find anything to help with my 'cardio' totals for the day - now I work it out I am burning off far more than I eat - nearly three times more, so how come I have 40lbs of excess weight? I drink twice ayear ( birthday and christmas glass of wine!) I eat when I remember (yes, I hear you cry, thats the key!) struggle to get to 1200 calories a day.....diets for me are a nightmare as I simply can't eat enough to fulfil the calorific requirements!
Well at least now I can start to calculate where I burn calories, mayeb the key here is to sit down and do nothing at times!
