Building a Journaling habit has not been easy for me. I feel that often I don't have much to say and I do not like going over my days step by step in writing. It seems to pickyune to me. However, since I've started on Spark People, I have begun commenting in my online journal, writing about stress, gratitude, the healthy reflection of the day or even problems that I want to explore further. Now I journal daily and blog a few times per week. It's fun and I could never have imagined this. Part of the secret for me what to have a structure to make it easy and topical. My wellness journey!
