    Greek yogurt pizza dough,
    155g self-raising flour 185g Greek yogurt
    Toppings:
    Whatever you would like to have on you're pizza

    First, pour self-raising flour into a bowl (no need to sift!).
    Then add the yogurt…. With clean hands, bring the mixture together to form a dough.
    Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
    Add your toppings including pizza sauce, tomatoes, cheese, pepperoni,
    peppers, mushrooms… the choice is yours!
    Bake in at 200C for 15 mins, or until the edges are golden. Ta-dah!

    you can add some seasoning to this also, so garlic powder, rosemary, cinnamon
    OR any fruit flavour Greek yogurt and
    drizzle it with a bit of powdered sugar glaze and it would be a nice sweet bread

    Recipe:
    1 1/2 Cups self rising flour
    1 Cup Greek Yogurt

    Mix all together and use hands with flour to form into the style loaf you want

    Bake at 400 for 30 minutes

    For easier slicing let cool just slightly

    OR any fruit flavor greek yogurt and
    drizzle it with a bit of powdered sugar glaze and it would be a nice sweet bread

  • My first greeek yogurt dessert was served by a dear friend who served us greek yogurt blended with lemon curd, topped with a few blueberries. We thoubht it was lemon pudding! I love this as a dessert. Have also tried ginger curd. Also delicious.
  • Unfortunately I have a genetic condition where my ability to break down histamines is impaired. Therefore, I have to avoid fermented foods including yogurt. :(
  • I do a Greek yogurt marinade with sunflower oil, lemon juice, black pepper, oregano, salt and garlic powder. I also add a 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt to my cornbread mix and it makes my cornbread moist!

    Use regular yogurt, it will be ok. My husband hates Greek yogurt , we won't buy it at all, and our teens noticed it when I tried to fake them out by putting it in other foods.
